Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical history, medications, allergies, surgical history, and contraindications prior to treatment. Failure to disclose relevant health information may increase risks and affect treatment eligibility.
MEDICAL & REGENERATIVE SERVICES
Certain services offered at LABLINQ may involve medical aesthetic procedures performed or overseen by licensed healthcare professionals including Registered Nurses and other qualified providers where applicable.
Clients understand that regenerative, wellness, and aesthetic treatments including but not limited to PRP, microneedling, collagen stimulation therapies, scalp treatments, body contouring, lymphatic drainage, red light therapy, and post operative care may involve risks, side effects, downtime, discomfort, bruising, swelling, or variable outcomes.
Clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with elective aesthetic and wellness treatments.
POST OPERATIVE CARE
LABLINQ post operative services are non diagnostic and non surgical supportive wellness treatments intended to assist comfort, circulation, lymphatic support, and recovery. These services do not replace medical monitoring, emergency care, or follow up with your surgeon or physician.
Clients experiencing complications, infections, severe pain, fever, shortness of breath, excessive swelling, or medical emergencies must immediately contact their physician or seek emergency medical care.
ACADEMY & TRAINING PROGRAMS
Enrollment in LABLINQ Academy programs does not guarantee licensing, employment, certification recognition outside applicable jurisdictions, business success, income generation, or client acquisition.
Students are responsible for understanding local licensing, insurance, regulatory, and certification requirements within their province, state, or country prior to offering services professionally.
All course materials, manuals, branding, techniques, intellectual property, digital content, and educational systems remain the property of LABLINQ and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, resold, or taught without written authorization.
PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS
Deposits may be required to secure appointments, consultations, academy enrollments, and training sessions. Deposits are non refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
All sales, services, packages, memberships, digital products, educational programs, and treatment packages are final sale.
Failure to attend appointments without proper notice may result in deposit forfeiture, cancellation fees, or refusal of future bookings.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We respectfully require adequate notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Late cancellations, no shows, or repeated appointment changes may result in fees or future booking restrictions.
LABLINQ reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments, trainings, or services due to emergencies, provider availability, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA CONSENT
With client consent, LABLINQ may photograph, video record, or document treatments, educational sessions, and results for training, marketing, educational, promotional, or social media purposes.
Clients may withdraw consent in writing at any time prior to publication.
PRODUCTS & AFTERCARE
Clients are responsible for following all recommended aftercare instructions. LABLINQ is not responsible for adverse reactions, complications, or diminished results caused by failure to follow aftercare, undisclosed contraindications, third party products, environmental exposure, or improper maintenance.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LABLINQ, its owners, employees, educators, contractors, affiliates, healthcare professionals, and representatives shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, financial, medical, cosmetic, business, or personal damages arising from the use of our services, website, products, educational programs, or treatments.
